Responsibilities1.

responsible for recruiting key talents for overseas business, establishing a core team to support business development; 3.
according to relevant mexican regulations, establish a subsidiary compensation and benefits system to motivate and retain talent; 4.
develop systems, policies, and processes in accordance with headquarters policies and local laws and regulations of overseas subsidiaries, and organize their implementation; 5.
responsible for cultural integration among overseas employees and enhancing their overall experience.qualifications1.
bachelor's degree or above, english can be used as the working language; 2.
3 years or more of similar work experience, with a strong understanding and experience in human resources work, and participated in the process of building human resources from scratch in overseas subsidiaries; 3.
strong cross-cultural communication skills, planning and coordination abilities, able to effectively influence and drive others; 4.
