you must have
- bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
- expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
