You will analyze 2–24-month demand/supply imbalances, identify risks to customer fulfillment and performance targets (e.g., inventory health, order fill rates), and partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute mitigation strategies.Our TeamYou will join the DSS ISBU Supply Planning organization, reporting to the Materials & Supply Planning Manager.
Our global network of planners collaborates closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Demand Planning, and external logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement of our supply chain.What You Will DoGenerate constrained supply plans by product family, balancing plant capacity and inventory across Molex BU's.Analyze demand/supply gaps over a 2–24-month horizon, proactively flagging risks to customer orders and performance metrics.Develop mitigation options—and assess business impacts—by coordinating with site supply planners and operations teams.Prepare and present supply-plan summaries, risk analyses, and mitigation proposals at monthly Supply Reviews and executive S&OP; forums.Drive data-quality initiatives, ensuring planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis Rapid Response) and inputs are accurate and actionable.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in strategic or tactical supply planning, demand & supply planning, or supply chain management.In-depth knowledge of advanced tactical supply planning policies and end-to-end supply chain processes.Proficiency with supply-planning tools such as Kinaxis Rapid Response (or equivalent).
Excellent analytical, data-visualization, and communication skills.What Will Put You AheadMajor or concentration in Supply Chain Management.Hands-on experience with GSOP processes and SAP PP/MRP modules.APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP).
Advanced skills in Power BI (or similar visualization platforms).
