Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Owner / Associate Product Manager to support the Product Manager in driving the development and delivery of innovative, user-centered SaaS products. This role involves translating product strategy into actionable requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Product Manager in translating product strategy and Epics into actionable user stories and a prioritized backlog.
- Collaborate with cross-product teams (Platform, Analytics & Reporting, etc.) to drive feature adoption and ensure ecosystem alignment.
- Act as the customer advocate during agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are clearly defined with appropriate acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered SaaS features.
- Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
- Conduct product demos and collect feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth collaboration and successful product releases.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Demonstrated success working closely with engineering and design teams.
