*what will you do?*
the program manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and follows jci's gate process & control guidelines throughout the full program/project. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
this position has the authority to run projects on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the projects produce the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
project managers are trusted coaches, teachers and role models of not only operational principles, but also effective and supportive leadership. They drive results and develop others to do the same. They are critical business leaders responsible for the strategy, planning, executing and leading of teams and individuals assigned to key business projects.

*what we look for?*
- bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations or related field of study or equivalent work plus 8-10+ years progression and related experience.
- proven project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
