*key job responsibilities*:
- daily shipping plan follow up - in transit material
- production plan and expedites set ups plm/penske follow dpp (customer minimum requirements if apply)
- develop production plan daily, weekly & monthly bases
- review customer demand, expected daily rate, inventory trend and potential capacity constrains escalate to manager property time
- maintain the mrp item planning set up for a given item (safety time, p/m code, order policy, book code )
- audit the item planning setup to ensure setup is consistent with the float rules and items are assigned to the correct book code
- create / update qpom (failure demands) lines and submit relevant request
- maintain the mpl set up on scheduled sales order (csso) header and item level
- issue request to global supply chain freight team for set-up of transport routing instructions
- calendars shall be reviewed and updated consistently for proper management of planning and capacity
- customer demand: failures /edi resolution manual load compensate missing volume edi /check customer backlog & demand pattern beyond master scheduling window to detect variations, consistency, planning horizon, fluctuations
- cumulative shipped reconciliation; analyse adjust shipping cum, to agree with customer once reason for mismatch is identified
- shipment executed as planned, analyse and track customer past due
- determine past due recovery plan & follow-up and manufacturing teams
- review recovery plans with customer and respective performance
- analyse & dispute customer delivery rates
- analyse & dispute customer debit notes related with delivery issues
- support change execution eng.
changes / new models coordinators to implement
- part status review fp part status shall be reviewed and request raised to mds whenever an update is required
- create / update aetc with accurate reason code
- cum rollback yearly, cumulative shipped quantity shall be reset to 0
- inventory management excess inventory, obsolete risk assessment (no movers, boh / no demand), inventory disposal
