we are looking for a training specialist (debug) located in guadalajara, north. Reporting to the operations training manager, the training specialist will develop and conduct training programs for employees within the organization.
responsibilities
* contribute to needs investigation studies to define training opportunities within the organization.
* consult with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better recognize changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
* formulate teaching outlines and define instructional methods such as unipersonal training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
* select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
* identify or develop testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.
* conduct training sessions covering areas such as new employee orientation, on‑the‑job training, use of computers and software, apprenticeship programs, customer service, sales techniques, health and safety practices, public relations, refresher training, promotional development, upgrading, and business development.
* evaluate participants to measure progress and assess the effectiveness of training.
* report on employee progress during training periods.
* revise training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness.
qualifications
* ba/bs degree or related field.
* prior training experience is preferred.
* preferable experience in smt and in liquid cooling or thermal management processes.
* good communication and relational skills.
* demonstrates operations and technical skills and comprehension of flex’s functional standards.
* demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of flex policies and procedures.

* astd member or certification preferred.
