we are seeking an auxiliar de recursos humanos who can provide efficient and cordial attention to internal and external clients, as well as collaborate actively in administrative and operational tasks of the area, ensuring that processes are executed on time and in accordance with established procedures.
* responsibilities include answering the phone, making visits, and handling incoming calls.
* support in operational activities such as coffee breaks, office supplies, meeting rooms, luggage, and consumables.
* supervision of general maintenance of installations and physical resources.
* administration of petty cash and management of reimbursements.
* support in internal communication processes, training, audits, and benefit management.
requirements:
* mínima experiencia de 2 años en puestos como recepcionista o auxiliar de recursos humanos.
* inglés básico.
* habilidades en atención al cliente, comunicación efectiva, organización, trabajo en equipo y gestión administrativa.
