Regional account manager
we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced regional account manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management.
* key responsibilities:
* develop and implement regional account strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
* build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and customer retention.
* identify and pursue new business opportunities across the americas region.
* collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and quotations that meet customer needs.
* monitor sales performance and generate actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* manage crm data and pipeline activities using salesforce or similar tools.
* maintain close communication with our european sales leader and coordinate operationally with our mexico-based production site.
requirements:
* minimum 5 years' experience in b2b manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding and automotive sectors.
* bachelor's or master's degree.
* strong commercial and strategic instincts; confident working with technical drawings; advanced excel skills; crm familiarity.
* fluent in english; spanish is a plus.
* willingness to travel regularly within north america and occasionally to europe.
