The End User Device Support SME is responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and support of enterprise workstation images, software packaging, patch management, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). This role ensures end-user systems are stable, secure, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational policies. The idóneo candidate will have experience in enterprise IT environments, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a proactive mindset for system improvement and support excellence. Provide technical support for software and application issues on user desktops, laptops, VDI, MAC, Printers administration. 
Must have skill: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Hands on Experience with SCCM, Intune, Citrix tool for endpoint management / patching compliance / Packaging 
Good to have skill : Strong experience with remote desktop tools and advanced troubleshooting techniques for software applications. Application Packaging, scripting, Azure Virtual Device, M365 cloud PC, M365
