Senior human resources generalist

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist with strong payroll background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a mix of responsibilities. In addition to managing payroll processes, you’ll support core HR functions such as training and development, employee relations, and special projects as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with HR systems, and enjoys working with people across all levels of the organization. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits.

Preparation of ordinary payrolls through the TRESS and/or SAP system.

Administration of Life Insurance Policies, Major Medical Insurance, Pantry Vouchers.

Experience in recruitment processes, training, labor relations, compensation, communication, events and management of personnel transportation, dining, surveillance and cleaning suppliers.

Experience in competency-based interviews and use of technological means for recruitment.

Strong knowledge of federal labor law and use of internal work regulations.

Experience in handling labor terminations and conflict resolution.

Participation in union negotiations and management of union relations.

Knowledge of organizational psychology applied to work climate and culture.

High focus on personnel management

Management of strategies to improve Human Resources indicators.

Experience in the management of PLEX, People Soft, TRESS, SAP, SIRCE, SUA and IDSE, Canva and Office systems (advanced excel).

Knowledge in handling audits of the IMSS, STPS, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and VDA.

Management of IMSS, INFONAVIT and INFONACOT procedures.

Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual payroll closing reports.

Payment of government obligations derived from payroll.

Coordination of the registration and creation of payroll accounting policies.

Management of salary tabulators and job evaluation.

Extensive experience in SIRCE management. Domain of DC-A, DC-2, DC-3, DC-4 and DC-5.

Use of operator competency certification processes through the ILUO methodology and competency matrix.



Public Accountant or Bachelor of Administration.

Advanced Intermediate English is essential.

5 years of verifiable experience in the metal mechanic or automotive industry.

Handling different tools for the use of organizational communication.

Strategic thinking and focus on continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Organized and structured.

Professional ethics, leadership and high responsibility.

Focus on results.
