Cost match lead
tasks and responsibilities include:
* ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks related to the cost match process, in alignment with internal standards, procedures, and the defined responsibilities for the role
* provide operational support to team leaders to maintain uninterrupted cost match services, ensuring alignment with kpis and slas
* monitor the p&l for cost match teams and ensure optimization of headcount, process efficiency, and cost structures, considering attrition and specific business needs
* ensure timely implementation and achievement of team and individual goals for the cost match area, including talent development and strategic alignment
* ensure effective management of daily operations in the cost match process, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and client requirement
our requirements:
* proven experience in finance, accounting, or shared services, with a strong understanding of cost verification or reconciliation processes.
* minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or team coordination role within a process-driven environment.
* higher education in finance/accountancy area and have a background in accounting services/finance.
* knowledge of english at min. C1 level
completed training in accounting (i, ii levels), acca, cima or similar
