perform and analyze technical and / or administrative activities related to human resources, developing, and executing plans and programs relevant to engagement, to achieve and maintain a good working environment.
responsibilities and authority
* responsible for planning and communicating engagement activities and events according to the annual calendar
* responsible for executing events and activities according to the calendar and monitoring suppliers to ensure the event is completed on time
* responsible for the engagement metric by applying the pulse survey action plan
* responsible for community ambassador activities
* responsible for implementing and sharing initiatives to improve motivation and organizational climate
* responsible for internal communication and activities of hr and supporting internal teams
* maintain a cordial relationship with the union by communicating the monthly events and including them in every event
* responsible for making the concur declaration report on time
* part of latam automotive communication team
* develop, diffuse, and execute activities according to the latam automotive calendar
* design flyers and multimedia support for the bu
* responsible for filming and editing videos/photos of internal and global activities
* coordinate and supervise the execution and communication of the engagement survey (evc)
* coordinate and supervise the execution and communication of the culture survey
* carry out actions to reduce environmental impact, as well as activities for compliance with the iso14001 standard
* authority to stop a process that may harm the environment or is outside environmental legal compliance
job requirements
* at least 5 years of experience in human resources roles
* proven experience as an hr generalist focused on people and culture
* experience working in unionized manufacturing environments
* advanced english proficiency
* strong strategic thinking skills
* experience in employee engagement and internal communications
* ability to adapt to a fast‑paced manufacturing / automotive environment
* proficiency in canva is highly desirable
* experience with sap successfactors (nice to have)
* experience with events organization
travel: less than 10%

generally requires a bachelors degree in an appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; a masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
