*position details*:
- investigate, analyze and evaluate the market to determine customer needs and procurement opportunities;
*develop and implement procurement strategy*
- effectively manage the planning and distribution of specific goods according to the price, promotion, product classification and quality of products;
- manage the purchasing assistant (if any) and other relevant staff to ensure that the purchased products meet the needs of customers;
- develop, select and handle local supplier relationships, such as price negotiation, procurement environment, product quality, supply chain, database, etc;
- improve the procurement workflow and standards, reduce the unit storage time of inventory and the occurrence of additional income through as few circulation links as possible, so as to achieve the goal of inventory turnover;
- develop and maintain the internal communication channels between the headquarters and the relevant functional departments of the branch; provide procurement report to management.
