*in your role, you will*:
- adhere to bombardier general work requirements
- establish, cultivate, and maintain solid working relationships with recruiters, executive management, site leaders, external resources, and other internal recruiting partners.
- support recruiters and members of hr community throughout all stages of the hiring process
- simultaneously manage multiple projects in a large, fast-paced, and complex environment.
- maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, geo\social\political climate and other external factors that affect and impact the talent landscape.
- you have a bachelor's degree in human resources, or in a related field or with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job (preferred)
- you have 0-2 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience
- you have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry (preferred)
- you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with mínimal supervision.
- you have cross-group collaboration skills with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- you have strong skills in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)
- you have experience coordinating and attending recruitment events (preferred)
- you have some knowledge of sap hr and an applicant tracking system (i.e., taleo and successfactors) (preferred)
