*in your role, you will*:
- participate in a root cause analysis of the humans discrepancies generated during the shift.
- perform go & see of human ncrs that are generated in the entire area.
- validate if the tool, technique and environment are appropriate to perform the operation.
- propose actions together with the natural team to avoid human ncr.
- track actions raised during daily reviews.
- consolidate good practices of all bus
- transmit good assembly practices to operators.
- serve as a coach to improve the learning curve of new operators. (ojt)
- benchmark with other coaches to calibrate their best practices and methodologies.
- follow and update ojt database of new operators.
- generate and update human ncr database of each case for follow up.
- communicate to the operations leader the status of your coaching process of the operators.
- listen to understand, ask powerful questions, challenge & support, establish next steps & accountability.
- generate reports
- present to leader of operation and director of operation in a regular basis the findings and recommendation.
- you are distinguished by your experience and technical knowledge of the assembly.
- you are distinguished by your ability to teach others.
- you are a born leader, capable of guiding and calling the team to take actions.
- you are results oriented and proactive.
