our client is a global company specialized in industrial machinery and laser cutting systems for the metalworking industry. They are currently seeking a field service engineer to provide technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced laser cutting equipment.
responsibilities
* installation and commissioning of laser cutting machines at customer facilities
* perform preventive and corrective maintenance
* diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
* troubleshoot plc and cnc systems
* provide technical support and follow-up with customers
* interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
* support customers during equipment startup and service calls
requirements
* bachelor's degree in:
* mechatronics engineering
* electrical engineering
* mechanical engineering
* 3–5+ years of experience in field service engineering
* experience with laser cutting machinery preferred
* strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* advanced english
technical knowledge
* plc and cnc systems
* automation
* electrical and mechanical systemslaser electronics
* reading technical drawings and schematics

* valid driver's license
* passport and us visa
* ability to travel within mexico, usa and canada
* availability to travel monday to friday
