Labor relations specialist
we are seeking a skilled labor relations specialist to facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
* key responsibilities:
1. serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
2. interpret and enforce labor laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
3. conduct investigations into workplace disputes and provide resolution strategies.
4. collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement employee relations initiatives.
5. stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in labor relations.
6. manage and coordinate general services such as personnel transportation, canteen, uniforms, personnel access, etc.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, or related field.
* proven 5 years' experience in labor relations or a similar role.
* strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* strong knowledge of mexican labor regulations.
