the junior project manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of small to medium customer‑facing it engagements. This role works closely with project managers, service managers, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

position responsibilities
* support the coordination and delivery of multiple small to medium customer‑facing it service engagements under the guidance of a project manager or service/delivery manager.
* translate project and service priorities into day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, timelines, resources, and internal processes.
* act as a primary point of contact for clients on operational and coordination topics, ensuring clear communication and a positive service experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
* build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand service needs, priorities, and expectations.
* receive, review, and track service requests and project tasks, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with defined scope and service level agreements (slas).
* coordinate with resource managers and technical leads to support resource assignment, scheduling, and capacity planning.
* track project and service delivery progress, including tasks, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule adherence.
* prepare, maintain, and distribute weekly project and service status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* support internal and external project kick‑off meetings, weekly status meetings, and operational review calls.
