It support specialist
are you passionate about technology and looking to grow in a dynamic, startup-like environment? We are looking for an it support specialist to ensure the efficient operation of our it infrastructure and provide high-quality support to end users.
key responsibilities:
* provide technical support to end users (pcs, laptops, peripherals)
* manage user accounts (creation, termination, access control)
* maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity (lan/wan, wifi, firewall)
* oversee it equipment lifecycle (inventory, procurement, vendor coordination)
* support and maintain video conferencing (vc) and av systems in meeting rooms
* coordinate structured cabling and it infrastructure setups
* maintain it documentation (inventory, diagrams, technical records)
* troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience in it support / technical support roles
* strong knowledge of networking (switching, firewall, wifi)
* experience with windows and macos administration
* basic knowledge of server environments (on-premise / cloud)
* experience with google workspace is a plus
* good communication skills in english
⭐ nice to have:
* certifications such as ccna, ccnp, mcse, mcp
* basic understanding of itil framework
* experience in startup or fast-paced environments
