The division has approximately 1,700 employees worldwide working in about 20 locations in asia, europe, and north america.

we are currently seeking a *business development manager* who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!
At fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:
- expand the new machine and aftermarket (rebuilds, retools, parts and service) business in mexico through diversification of products and services.
- key focus on developing business with customers outside traditional automotive engine plants.
- develop individual sales strategy for each account in the designated territory to optimize bookings.
- recommend and attend industrial trade shows for the purpose of developing new markets.
- oversee direct preparation of proposals, contracts, amendments and supporting promotional activities.
- collect business intelligence and submit special reports regarding the operation of the territory, acceptance or rejection of products and competitive conditions beneficial to other salespeople and company operations.
- must travel with a minimum of 60% of the time within designated territory, to fives locations, and to entertain customers.

we are seeking someone who has a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline required with a minimum of 5 years of field sales or technical & service experience. Proficient in spanish and english. If you are a self-starter and committed to detail, then we are eager to change the world with you!
