We’re hiring a *full-time, in-office social media specialist* to join us at our office in playas de tijuana. The role includes traveling to san diego once a week for content creation days.
*location & schedule*:
this is a monday-friday, 40 hours/week position, based entirely in our playas de tijuana office.
Applicants must live in playas de tijuana or nearby and be willing to travel to san diego once a week for video shoots and on-site content (travel expenses are covered).
*compensation & perks*:
starting pay is *$4,000 mxn/week gross*, paid through mexican payroll.
This role includes *bonuses, paid travel expenses*, and *room to grow* within the company.
*responsibilities*:
- manage and create content for instagram, tiktok, facebook, and linkedin
- film and edit engaging video content (reels, behind-the-scenes, storytelling, etc.)
- plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
- join weekly content days in san diego to capture on-site footage
- bring fresh, innovative ideas that elevate our brand online
