we are looking for a latin america sales director who will be responsible for the development of sales in the assigned region, will lead the region sales team and participate in business development.
*responsibility*:regional sales director is a 2nd level manager who is responsible for sales results and development of the region.
*subordination*: reporting to the chief commercial officer.
*communications*:
- communications with marketing - on lead generation, content and promotion (20%);
- team management and development (30%);
- c-suite: strategy, resource prioritization (10%);
- communications with the product team (15%);
- communication with the implementation and support team (35%).
*key responsibilities*:
- identify potential clients in the latin america market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and solution needs;
- develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships;
- manage sales processes along with proper communication across other company departments in order to maximize number and value of contracts in the region of latin america;
- enable proper execution of company marketing strategy in the entrusted region;
- collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed;
- preparation of materials for promoting the ailet solution on the latin america market;
- orchestrate company's sales and execution processes in the region;
- build and nurture effective sales team in the region;
- regularly assess existing competition on the market and perform benchmarking activities;
- monitor and report on kpis regularly;
- stay up to date with the industry trends and best practices;
- identify opportunities for new client acquisition and for product or service up-sell;
- contribute to product development strategy;
- manage and grow a network of regional partnerships.
*qualifications and experience*:
- b2b sales (preferably saas);
- enterprise b2b sales (bant, spin, power maps, etc.);
- experience of selling to / working for: cpg / retail;
- bachelor's degree (recent master's degree is appreciated, yet not mandatory);
- socialized in mexican/latam market;
- experience in (either): retail execution, sales force automation, planogram compliance, store audits.
