Provides a variety of information technology support services including but not limited to connectivity, hardware/software support, and overall field it incident & service request resolution.
the role also provides support & delivery of enterprise and business unit projects and initiatives.
core responsibilities & expectations
* bachelors degree in it or related.
* +2 years of experience as it field, it support or related.
* english is a must.
* power bi, office 365 ( power automate, microsoft flow, power apps, sharepoint, ) data base: sql required
* hardware installation and support; pcs, tablets, mobility devices, printers, specialized devices
* software support
* end-point vulnerability remediation
* enterprise and bu project demand (planned & unplanned)
* tech hut services
* pc lifecycle management incl, asset mgmt. tasks
* l ocal infrastructure service support (server, network and voip)
* on-site smart hands (support and liaison with 3 rd party & internal jci support teams)
* local mobile administration
* it procurement
* access management (network share)
* local it security compliance (comms room set-up, maintenance & access)
* assist compliance teams with audit tasks
* satellite office support (including travel)
* vendor management
* delivers field it services in accordance with slt’s using jci service management toolset
* proactive customer communication and focus
