Remote | Full-Time | Hiring in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and South America

About the Role

We’re hiring a Client Account Manager to oversee client projects, manage creative timelines, and ensure successful delivery across branding and marketing campaigns.

You’ll manage client relationships, track progress in Monday.com, and coordinate between clients, designers, editors, and leadership to keep projects moving forward.

Core responsibilities include

- Managing client accounts and tracking project progress in Monday.com
- Running client onboarding and update calls over Zoom
- Managing timelines, tasks, and deliverables for creative projects
- Coordinating with design, video, and content teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Providing clients with updates, support, and clarity at every stage
- Identifying at‑risk accounts and re‑engaging them proactively
- Reporting weekly on client wins, issues, and improvement opportunities

- Clients feel supported and clear on next steps
- Projects are delivered on time and on brand
- The creative team has clear direction, priorities, and deadlines
- Communication between teams is proactive and consistent
- Retention and client satisfaction continue to improve

Skills You’ll Need
- Project Management: Confident managing timelines, tasks, and deliverables using Monday.com or similar tools
- Branding & Marketing: Strong understanding of creative projects like logos, design assets, videos, and social media content
- Client Account Management: Skilled in organizing multiple client projects, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication
- Creative Coordination: Able to work closely with designers, video editors, and writers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
- Systems & Organization: Comfortable building and maintaining structure inside project management tools
- Communication: Excellent English skills — written, spoken, and confident leading client calls
- Problem Solving: Able to spot issues early, think critically, and find clear, actionable solutions

You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have 3–5+ years in client account management or project management (branding, creative, or marketing agency experience required)
- Understand branding, marketing, and creative production workflows
- Have managed multiple client projects at once with strong communication and structure
- Are confident on Zoom and fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Know how to use Monday.com, Trello, or Asana for project tracking
- Are comfortable leading creative team members (designers, video editors, writers)
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Use AI tools occasionally to improve organization and efficiency (bonus, not required)

Requirements (Please Disqualify Yourself If You)
- Have never worked in a branding, creative, or marketing agency
- Have no experience managing marketing, design, or video projects
- Have only managed a few large accounts and not multiple clients at once
- Are not confident leading client calls or presenting on Zoom
- Have never used project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello
- Are not comfortable leading a creative team or managing deadlines
- Have not recently invested in your own learning, certifications, or personal development
- Prefer comfort over challenge or slow-paced environments
