*_responsibilities:_*
- become acquainted with company policy and goals and with documents appertain to it and acquaint subordinate employees and motivate them according to mentioned.
- keep principles of quality, environment, safety, and other internal regulations,
- understand and arrange the material flow of production department
- support effectively by organizing continuous improvement process
- build and follow the plant progress plan
- deploy xzb standards (quality, productivity, employee empowerment) in all areas including training and coaching of employees
- implement effectively lean basics (one piece flow, vsm, sw, qrqc, 6s, team boards )
- perform loss analysis (factory model, volume deployment)
- industrial performance (key performance indicators) “follow-up“and corrective actions
- generate and copy best practices
- performs audits and assessments, layered audits
- coach and lead kaizen teams and 6s teams
- keep one´s eye on observance of principles safety and other internal regulations with aims minimize possibilities of work injury, damage to property, fire and living environment.
*_ requirements:_*
- equivalent to a bachelor degree (technical university graduate, engineering, management or related technical or scientific field) or *_2 years experience_* on production industry.
- excellent lean and continuous improvement skills
- six sigma black belt certification preferred
- excellent *_english communication skills_* (spoken and written)
