In change management and communications at PwC, you will focus on helping clients navigate organisational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organisational adoption and minimise resistance.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the People Strategy team you will manage workforce planning and resource allocation to enhance operational effectiveness. As a Manager you will supervise teams, mentor staff, and đảm bảo the successful execution of projects while maintaining exceptional standards of quality.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Management
- 7 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing or related work
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Experience in audit-related processes and analysis

- Additional Educational Preferences
Skills needed for this role:
- 4 years of experience working with Kronos UKG
- UKG Functional experience
- Knowledge of the end-to-end payroll process in UKG
- Conversational English
