About the role we are looking for a backend engineer to join our fast‑growing telemedicine platform and help design, build, and maintain scalable, high‑performance backend systems. This hands‑on role involves ownership of critical services, developing new features, and ensuring stability and efficiency of our backend architecture. You’ll work with php, laravel, postgresql, and aws, collaborating closely with frontend, qa, product, and devops teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll make architectural decisions, implement performance optimizations, support integration with third‑party apis, debug complex issues, automate tests, and improve ci/cd pipelines.
