summary
the purpose of this position is to retain, acquire, penetrate and innovate with food service distributors according to the brand strategy.
key roles & responsibilities
* manage key account operations and maintain strong relationships with clients, technical and operational teams.
* lead industrial trials, validate product performance, and ensure successful implementation under production conditions.
* support formulation adjustments based on in-line performance, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and monitor forecasts, order fulfillment, risks, and business performance through regular reporting.
knowledge and experience
* strong technical and operational knowledge of food industry processes, product functionality, industrial trials, and customer implementation.
* understanding of key account management, cross-functional coordination, forecasting, supply chain, and problem-solving in manufacturing environments.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills required to build effective relationships with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
* bachelor’s degree completed in food engineering, food science, or similar.
* 4 years of experience.
* intermediate to basic english.
* proven experience in technical sales focused on meat products.
