technical operations
• drive network excellence through advanced engineering, infrastructure management, and systems administration
• maintain critical systems uptime and performance during operational hours
• execute local technical projects from conception to completion
problem-solving & process improvement
• conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges
• design and implement efficient it solutions and processes
• develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures
customer support & collaboration
• partner with leadership and teams to enhance it infrastructure
• provide expert technical support across multiple facilities
• deliver remote assistance to distributed teams
• travel within region to support on-site needs as required
this position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to ensure seamless operations across our network of facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering innovative it solutions.
basic qualifications
- 1+ years of windows server technologies: ad, dfs, print services, sccm experience
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 2+ years of networking (such as dns, dhcp, ssl, osi model, and tcp/ip) experience
- 2+ years of corporate setting windows, mac or linux operating systems support experience
- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
- comptia a+, comptia network+, cisco/ccna, linux (redhat), microsoft hardware (installation), aws, or other industry relevant certifications
- experience in english-language communication skills, both written and verbal
preferred qualifications
- 2+ years of computer networking experience
- bachelor's degree in it, computer science or equivalent
