Process employee hires, terminations, and changes in the gps system.
- prepare and maintain employee personnel files.
- develop and update hr metrics and reports.
- administer the major medical insurance program (employee enrollments, terminations, issue resolution, and support).
- request and follow up on final payments with payroll and accounting.
- perform daily floor walks to support employees and maintain hr visibility in operations.
- provide administrative and operational support across hr processes.
*education*:
bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, psychology, or related field (completed).
Technical requirements:
- advanced excel skills (pivot tables, metrics, formulas, charts).
