Job description
general objective:
lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities (staffing and operations) of the plant. Manage an ethylene oxide (eo) sterilizing facility as a profit center, ensuring process and material flow is efficient and compliant with quality control regulations. Maximize capacity utilization, ensure proper systems and resources are in place to meet processing schedules on time, and operate in accordance with sops, cgmps, 21 cfr part 820, iso 11135, iso 13485, and safety procedures, prioritizing safety for all operators and team members.

6. meet processing requirements by managing production staff effectively, monitoring preventive maintenance, and planning for chemical requirements economically.
7. ensure compliance with quality procedures through training and monitoring.
8. maintain compliance with regulations by staying updated on requirements, implementing internal programs, and managing inspections.
9. handle internal complaints and grievances with hr support.
10. promote safety by providing protective equipment and monitoring hazard areas.
11. manage business activities by developing plans, strategies, and conducting customer tours and audits.
12. coordinate plant operations with senior management and review reports for strategic decisions.
13. resolve external complaints by liaising with quality and facility staff.
14. represent the company in community activities to promote reputation.
15. drive continuous improvement by analyzing operations and incorporating staff suggestions.
16. support company policies and directives, and ensure financial and operational integrity.

professional profile
* minimum of 10 years of general or operational management experience, or 3 years in sterilization operations management with iso and/or gmp exposure and a customer service focus.
* experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sterilization preferred, or 5 years in management with quality control regulations in aerospace or critical sectors.
* proficiency in microsoft word, excel, powerpoint; lean six sigma black belt or lean manufacturing certification preferred.
* office windows skills: word, excel, powerpoint, etc.
