JD Logistics is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the success of our logistics solutions in the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to build and manage high-performing sales teams and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in Mexico.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainability

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
