We are currently recruiting a cooling tower supervisor for a reference client in the industry & engineering sector.
Key responsibilities:
plan and coordinate the installation of structures and equipment;
ensure availability of materials and compliance with project specifications;
supervise subcontractors on site, ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety;
conduct inspections and guarantee compliance with international standards;
interpret technical drawings and guide construction activities;
prepare progress reports and maintain effective communication with management and clients;
implement safety procedures and ensure adherence to local and international regulations;
identify and resolve technical and operational issues, adjusting plans when required.
Requirements:
minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial plants;
solid knowledge of frp materials and erection of cooling towers with frp cells;
good command of english;
strong leadership, team supervision, and communication skills;
