About the role: we are seeking a sales executive todrive the expansion of our power tools in the region.

key responsibilities: 1.
conduct regular visitsto hardware stores and distributors to promote products and providesales support.

execute in-store promotional activities (productdemos, training, pos campaigns) to boost sales.
3.
optimize productdisplays and shelf layouts to maximize brand visibility andcompliance with standards.
4.
collaborate with distributors oninventory management, order fulfillment, and market feedbackcollection.
5.
analyze market trends, competitor activities, andcustomer needs to identify growth opportunities.
6.
achievemonthly/quarterly sales kpis and submit detailed activity reports.requirements: must-have: 1.
2+ years of field sales experience,preferably in tools.

valid driver's license and confidence infrequent road travel.

proven ability to build relationships withdistributors and retailers.
