Responsible for developing and tracking business plan results and supports monthly business plan review. Leads strategic initiatives and collaborates with related functions for smooth / efficient execution. Optimizes business management process, conducts business analytics, drives smart transition to increase profitability
responsabilities:
* manage and track performance for the multi billion $ isg
* (infraestructur solution group) esmb organization.
* design and implement new bms to monitor performance and align with organizational goals.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage key projects and initiatives.
* provide recommendations to improve financial and operational performance.
* drive the development of tools to optimize end to end business execution and performance tracking.
* identify and lead projects to reduce cost, minimize inventory and increase profitability.
qualifications:
* bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in product/project management or software development. (or equivalent experience)
* hands-on experience or solid familiarity with back-end support processes.
* ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and create innovative solutions.
* effective communication skills with with cross-functional teams,
* solid project management, leadership and cross-group collaboration skills.
* adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members.
