this role combines business development and account management, offering a dynamic opportunity to drive new business while nurturing long-term client relationships.
as a business development representative, you will be responsible for:
generating new business opportunities through proactive research, networking, and outbound outreach.managing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.presenting and promoting our client's products and services to potential customers with confidence and clarity.developing and executing strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed targets.this is a proactive, customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of sales techniques and account management best practices.
key responsibilities: identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads.serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives to offer customized solutions.conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of solutions.collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and services.maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the crm system.provide regular insights and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to the management team.the role will be of interest to individuals who have a positive mindset about sales and strive to perform at a high standard.
