what you’ll do:
as our npi analyst, you’ll be the hub between business units and customer systems, ensuring smooth and accurate delivery of all new part information. Your responsibilities will include:
- managing npi data flow across departments - capturing and staging new part numbers for internal systems and external portals - maintaining customer data templates and tracking load schedules - coordinating with product management teams on new part launches - following up with data recipients to confirm successful implementation - performing data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency - leading small-scale projects and supporting cross-functional initiatives - building strong relationships with pricing, sales, operations, and category management teams

what you bring:
- prior experience in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment (aftermarket experience is a plus!) - proficiency in microsoft excel and access (excel super-users welcome!) - strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple projects - problem-solving mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills - bilingual in english and spanish (fluent in both is essential)

your background:
- associate degree with a focus on data management or a related field - automotive certifications or apprenticeships are a plus - 1–2+ years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry preferred - familiarity with aftermarket automotive data and customer load processes
