Overview
coordinate the production scheduling and customer service team in order to meet the company's on-time delivery objectives. Lead internal recovery plans and their dissemination with customers. Maintain a good relationship with customers through constant and clear communication. Propose solutions and alternatives to maintain high customer ratings.
responsibilities
* daily review of customer demand to define production plans and contingency plans, considering risks and consequences for customers.
* elaboration and follow-up of sales forecast based on customer demand; weekly development and daily follow-up of production schedule.
* manage and run s&op for each production line and client; establish control mechanisms to guarantee fulfillment of client commitments.
* formulate strategic and operational plans for the department and procedures to implement them.
* prepare reports on the evolution of sales, service and incident plans; control the flow of information between department, production and transport to meet delivery deadlines.
* monitor customer needs, attend to service complaints and incidents, analyze causes, and implement solutions.
* attend customer suggestions and queries; measure customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on results.
* supervise generation of production plans and disseminate them internally; lead production plan review meetings.
qualifications
* advanced english
* experience with sap
* experience in sales forecast elaboration and s&op processes
* ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (production, planning, logistics) to meet customer delivery commitments
