- manage the ceo calendar, ensuring meetings don’t overlap and guests accept invites
- manage the calendar events for the year, requesting press credentials and following up with key contacts.
- do networking on linkedin and ceo socials
- contact potential guests, organize and post podcast

- be a confident communicator, with creativity and analytics
- detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- advanced level of english (required)
- knowledge of digital marketing

pay: $700.00 per month
