- Responsible for the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with Masimo’s customer service standards - Leads and directs the work of others as required to execute against on-time fulfillment commitments - Print and distribute SO pick list in concert with management prioritization to ensure appropriate resource allocation to meet objectives - Prioritize urgent shipments based on Customer Service and upper management request/direction;
- Work with configuration team/pickers/packers/export admin to assign and prioritize processing for shipments - Responsible for the verification of accuracy of product order prior to packing;
- Research and resolve shipping discrepancies between shipped and receive quantity for customers;
- Interface with customer service and both internal and external customers as it relates to outbound international shipping, resolves problems; and recommends corrective action using appropriate level of creativity - Provide status updates on specific shipments;
- Performs other duties or special projects as requested.
