day-to-day workflow:
* coordinating with stakeholders: communicating with site managers and clients to schedule and prepare the location.
* scanning the space: operating the matterport pro3 to capture high-fidelity 3d and lidar spatial data.
* editing the model: reviewing the captured data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* adding details: tagging and adding necessary metadata, labels, and details within the scanned space.
* uploading to the cloud: managing the project files and uploading the final digital twin to the matterport cloud application.
