Job description: business analyst – manufacturing and supply chain management (scm) supply chain / manufacturing job summary: business analyst with deep expertise in manufacturing and supply chain management (scm) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of planning and execution models across oracle e-business suite. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain processes, with a strong engineering background and proven success in delivering business-aligned technology solutions. Key responsibilities: lead the design and deployment of supply chain planning and manufacturing execution models. Conduct fit-gap analysis to align system capabilities with business requirements. Configure and support oracle ebs modules including ascp, drp, gop, io, inv, cst, wip, bom, eng, eam. Train super/master users and provide post go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and model readiness. Develop and execute testing scenarios for scm and manufacturing processes. Provide technical documentation and executive summaries for operational reporting. Required qualifications: bachelor’s degree in mechanical & electrical engineering. Certifications in oracle supply chain planning cloud, ascp expert, for supply chain. Certification in apics – cpim and cscp would be recommended 15 years of experience in scm and manufacturing consulting roles. Proven experience with oracle ebs r12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in spanish (native) and english (80% proficiency). Preferred experience: industry exposure in architectural coatings, housing development, sensors, electrical motors, heavy machinery, newspaper manufacturing, and federal maintenance operations. Experience working with multinational clients and multi-country stakeholders
