The human resources supervisor will be the primary point of contact for hr-related inquiries and support the site by performing a variety of hr functions to ensure employee satisfaction, productivity, and company compliance with federal and state regulations.
key responsibilities:
* maintain accurate employment records using hr management systems
* communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations to employees and management
* serve as an effective and dedicated hr adviser to employees and management, providing guidance and support on hr-related matters
* investigate employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns and provide recommendations
* facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner
* promote and implement various hr programs and site events to enhance employee engagement and retention
* administer site benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of their benefits and how to access them
requirements:
1. bachelor's degree in human resource management or equivalent work experience
2. 3+ years' experience in hr practices and principles related to employment & labor law supporting a diverse group of employees
3. technical proficiency in microsoft applications and hris
4. ability to exercise discretion and judgment when providing feedback, guidance, clarification, and disciplinary action
5. experience in a call center environment or fast-paced work environment is preferred
