responsibilities
* coordinate, maintain, and continuously improve the quality management system (qms) in alignment with industry standards (e.g., iso, ul, tüv, etc) and customer requirements.
* coordinate internal and external quality audits.
* diagnosis and review of quality risks in processes and activities of the company.
* plan and execute qms training and monitor quality policy compliance.
* monitor and maintain quality documentation.
* maintain all documentation in latest revision in e-mxg company.
* maintain calibration schedule updated to all company equipment.
* review company qms with qam on a monthly basis.
* standardize countermeasures on quality risk prevention for the company.
* monitor and report on quality kpis and system performance.
* lead corrective and preventive action processes (capa).
* support cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
* ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
* facilitate training and awareness programs related to the qms.
* drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.
* quality system preparation or engineering in related areas.
* experience of more than 2 years in quality system.
* experience in electronic manufacturing.
* strong knowledge of following standards: iso 9001-2015, iso 14000, iso 13485.
* experience with audit processes and quality tools (e.g., 8d, fmea, spc).
* proficient in microsoft office and qms software.
* strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* certification in quality systems or auditing (e.g., iso lead auditor) is a plus.
