Analista de entrenamiento (level 5)

Responsibilities include some/all of the following:

- you will collaborate with business partners and internal partners to design, develop, deliver and/or deploy training strategy, solutions and/or training plans.
- you will design, build and deploy end-user training materials.
- you will review applicable data and information to find opportunities, lessons learned to support the development of effective training resources.
- you will coordinate the deployment of training.
- you will develop and deploy train-the-trainer sessions where needed.
- you will build simple, easy-to-access content.
- you will source training solutions from external vendors ensuring quality and value for money.
- you will measure the effectiveness of training activities.
- you will craft, develop, facilitate training needs analysis and training plan.
- you will track performance to plan, provide reports / data to leadership or partners on status and effectiveness of activities.
- you will support student / new college hire programs.
- you will lead union joint training and/or health and safety partners.
