*responsibilities*:
- develop and execute sales strategies for automotive oems in overseas markets to achieve business targets.
- plan, organize, and participate in international exhibitions, product launches, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and product promotion.
- manage regional inventory, including procurement, sales, and stock levels, ensuring seamless coordination with headquarters for timely vehicle delivery.
- supervise and support regional dealer retail operations, continuously enhancing dealer sales performance and operational standards.
- collaborate with global and local marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
- monitor and analyze overseas market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and provide strategic insights and feedback to support business growth.
*job requirements*
- minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry; experience with new energy vehicles (nevs) is highly preferred.
- proven expertise in managing and developing automotive dealer networks.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.
- fluent in english and spanish.
- with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- willingness to travel frequently, including short-term assignments in china; demonstrates strong stress resilience and adaptability.
