Telemarketer / customer service relations officer
job summary
reporting to the customer service manager, the customer service relations officer is responsible for providing high-quality and efficient customer service to prospects and customers through various channels (phone, email, sms, chat, etc.), both inbound and outbound, to improve sales results for the business.
the role also involves managing all organizational aspects, understanding customer and company needs, and applying qualitative standards to products/services to foster relationship development.
key responsibilities of the role:
1. provide timely and effective responses to prospects and customers via active channels (inbound calls, chat, email, etc.), tracking and monitoring activities and results.
2. proactively identify and address information and tool gaps to enhance service quality.
3. manage complaints or disservices effectively, demonstrating the company's value.
4. create a trustful environment to retain customer loyalty.
5. conduct outbound campaigns primarily through calls, emails, and sms to drive sales.
6. adhere to company standards and procedures.
7. follow team leader guidance to maximize service efficiency and sales.
8. contribute to maintaining a high-quality work environment that motivates team members to perform at their best.
education & skills:
* language capabilities:
* 3 officers: fluency in english; french is a strong plus; at least one with good french to backup for emergencies or residual cases.
* 1 officer: fluency in french and english; italian is a strong plus.
* any officer: ability to speak spanish or portuguese is a strong plus.
* minimum 3 years of experience in customer service (mandatory inbound and outbound phone channels).

* ability to work under pressure.
* proficiency in excel, powerpoint, and crm tools (salesforce experience is a plus).
* availability to work shifts (monday to friday, between 8 am and 8 pm).
