we are currently seeking a highly motivated

we are currently seeking a highly motivated inside sales team manager for our north american operations, based in guadalajara, mexico. This is a full-time role with immediate availability, offering the opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team representing our global client in the machine manufacturing sector.

as a key leadership role, this position is responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives who execute both “farming” (account management and growth) and “hunting” (new business development) campaigns. You will guide your team to deliver on strategic objectives such as revenue generation, opportunity pipeline growth, and market coverage. Campaigns are tracked through live crm dashboards with real-time performance metrics.

The role requires strong coaching and management skills to support your team in executing digital sales strategies—including outbound calling, effective email communication, social selling (linkedin), video conferencing, online events, and content engagement.

you will work hand-in-hand with senior stakeholders, internal support teams, and field sales managers across various regions to ensure your team successfully qualifies and develops sales opportunities. You’ll drive productivity, optimize performance, and cultivate a culture of professional sales excellence.

structure


* you will be based in guadalajara, mexico.
* full-time position: monday to friday (40 hours/week).
* hybrid work model with flexible office/home-office days to promote well-being and work-life balance.
* we are looking for candidates available for immediate start.

key responsibilities

* team leadership: lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* performance management: monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance team performance.
* training and development: recognize areas in team members where they can improve or need development and, together with the training and people development manager, devise tailored coaching plans.
* sales strategy: collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns that drive performance.
* client relationship management: maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly to support long-term partnerships.
* reporting and analysis: prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making at the senior management level.
* process improvement: identify and implement process enhancements to streamline sales operations and increase overall team efficiency.
* collaboration: work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.

minimum job requirements

1. fluent english communication skills (spoken and written)
2. minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales leadership or team management role
3. previous exposure to the us/canadian markets is highly desirable
4. bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
5. hands-on experience with crm systems (e.g., salesforce, hubspot) and outbound sales strategies
6. proven record of team performance improvement and meeting sales targets
7. experience working in hybrid or remote sales environments
willingness to travel internationally (<10%) as needed (visa support provided)
