🔧 the role – galley utility
as a galley utility, you’ll be a crucial part of the kitchen team, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the galley (kitchen) according to the strict standards of viking and international public health regulations.
you’ll handle cleaning equipment, use the correct chemicals and techniques, and contribute to a smooth-running culinary operation.
your day-to-day includes:
* deep cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment
* following strict hygiene & safety standards (usph)
* supporting kitchen staff as needed
* using protective equipment and handling chemicals safely

* 21+ years old
* speak and understand english fluently
* ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 11 hours/day, 7 days/week
* no visible tattoos (hands, neck, face, wrists)
* great attitude, team player, eager to learn
* kitchen experience required
* hospitality experience preferred
* previous cruise experience? Big plus!
