the opportunity
you’ll lead the build‑out of a national commercial footprint across mexico, owning strategy, pipeline, and key accounts.
* sell high-performance industrial equipment into cpg / fmcg manufacturing
* engage decision‑makers running high‑throughput production lines
* travel 3–4 days/nights per week, meeting serious customers, in real plants, solving real problems
this is not “manage and maintain.”
this is: build. Break in. Scale. Lead.
who this is for
* a highly successful sales manager with a glass ceiling ready to step into a director role;
* or a sales director who still has the hunger to build, not just manage
you’ll likely have:
* experience selling packaging machinery, or industrial equipment to fmcg/ cpg accounts
* a track record of winning new logos (not just growing existing accounts)
